Signature

Left thumb impression
- Size: 240 × 240 px
- File size: 20–50 KB
- Format: JPG · 200 DPI
- 240 x 240 pixels at 200 DPI (3 cm x 3 cm), 20–50 KB.
Handwritten declaration
- Size: 800 × 400 px
- File size: 50–100 KB
- Format: JPG · 200 DPI
- 800 x 400 pixels at 200 DPI (10 cm x 5 cm), 50–100 KB, English, black ink.
What the notice also says
- Save every scanned image as JPG or JPEG.
- Set the scanner to at least 200 DPI and True Colour.
- The photo must be in colour. If the file is over 50 KB, lower the DPI or colour settings while scanning.
- Sign on white paper with black ink. A signature in CAPITAL LETTERS is not accepted.
- Put the thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink. Use the right thumb if the left thumb is not available.
- Write the declaration in English, in your own handwriting, with black ink.
- Declaration text: "I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
If your notice says something else
