How to make one PDF from photos
- Choose the photos (you can pick several at once, and add more later).
- Use ↑ and ↓ to put the pages in order; ✕ removes one.
- Pick the page size (A4 for most forms) and, if the form gives one, a maximum KB.
- Make the PDF and open it to check.
Fitting a size limit
With a limit set, the tool shares it between the pages and lowers quality, then resolution, until the PDF fits. Budget about 30 to 60 KB per page for clear colour, or 20 to 40 KB in black and white.
Worked example
Three phone photos of a mark sheet, a caste certificate and an ID card, 3 to 4 MB each, put on A4 with a 300 KB limit: each page gets about 95 KB, which keeps them at 1240 × 1754 pixels and about 70% quality.
