What the notice also says

Save every scanned image as JPG or JPEG.
Set the scanner to at least 200 DPI and True Colour.
The photo must be in colour, against a plain light background, preferably white.
Sign on white paper with a black ink pen. A signature or declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS is not accepted.
Put the thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink. Use the right thumb if the left thumb is not available.
Write the declaration in English, on white paper, with black ink. Capital letters are not accepted.
The signature, thumb impression and declaration must be your own. Nobody else may make them for you.
Declaration text: "I, ____ (Name of the candidate), Date of Birth ____, hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left thumb impression is of mine."
