When you need this
Some portals take only images, for example when they ask for a photo of a certificate, or when an e-Aadhaar or admit card PDF must be shared as a picture. Saving the page as a JPG keeps it readable everywhere.
How to use it
- Choose the PDF.
- Pick the DPI: 150 for sharing and forms, 300 for printing.
- Download each page, or all pages as one ZIP file.
Worked example
An A4 page at 150 DPI becomes a 1240 × 1754 pixel JPG of about 150 to 400 KB. To get it under 100 KB, use compress image to 100 KB afterwards.
Questions people ask
- Can I convert a password-protected PDF?
- Only after removing the password.
- What DPI should I choose?
- 150 DPI for screens and forms, 200 to 300 DPI if you will print or zoom in.
